Where can I find your furniture?

We have a showroom at 55 Somerset Road, Cape Town.
We also have pieces available at The Grand Living in Kramerville, JHB and Beck Ernst in Parkhurst JHB.

WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR ARTIFACTS?

Most of our curated artifacts are unique, one of a kind pieces. Our artifacts, more often than not, are sold very quickly. And for this reason, all artifacts are only available in store. If viewed on a social platform, please DM us or contact the store for pricing and availability.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Our furniture is made to order unless purchased directly off the showroom floor. We have 2-5 day delivery for furniture purchased from the showroom.
Pieces that are ordered will be delivered in 6-8 weeks from date of payment. Orders are only made once payment is received. All orders under R100 000 require a 100% deposit. All orders over R100 000 require a 70% deposit.

What is your returns policy?

All merchandise displayed and sold by Grand Living with Beck Ernst (GLBE) is subject to stringent quality control standards. Should a customer not be satisfied with any product received within 7 days from the date of receipt, GLBE will endeavour to repair or replace the item in question. If within a reasonable time period, The Grand Living is unable to repair or replace the item a full refund of all monies paid will be made. GLBE furnishes its goods with standard guarantees only and no other guarantees, warranties or representations of whatsoever nature will be made to the customer by GLBE in respect of such goods. Orders placed are irrevocable once a deposit has been paid. In the event of GLBE agreeing to refund monies paid either pre or post-delivery due to circumstances unrelated to product quality or lead times, and If GLBE agrees to accept the return of any goods, the customer will be liable for a 10% handling charge calculated on the purchase price of those goods. Any services used/applied will not be refunded. The onus of proof of return and proof of purchase rests with the customer.
